Moral relativism is a facet of the Big Three Abrahamic 'faiths'; when science speaks of truth, it doesn't mean a statement loyal to the aims of the group, but something consistent with fact and with reproducible evidence of that. Moral isolationism is an ethical thing to do when you consider how people who speak as you do make themselves rich.
