Quoting: anonimalle This one belonged to my great grandfather, which is what I am basing the 19th century assumption upon, and I think the stamp on the blade says India, so I assume that is the country of origin. I have seen them for sale online for anywhere from 500 to 1500, but I don't know the factors that go in to determining the actual value.
