Black culture needs to allow it to steal to support itself, working and earning and competing is too hard for them.
They have to give them an entitlement to other peoples stuff.
It's implemented everywhere they accumulate, they cannot compete and they believe have to cheat to compete.
THATS why they demand EQUALITY of OUTCOME, not EQUALITY OF ACCESS.
