The timelines have been reset many times and things have been altered many times. The "past" everyone knows is not real as it is. I am depressed since forever. I have chronic dissociation meaning a lack of sense of identity and overall sense of unreality, numbed emotions but lots of anxiety, chaotic mind. Also, i am unable to form bonds. It is a disorder called disorganized attachment. Because of traumatic experiences, a child is unable to learn how to bond, love and trust another being. This will not go away by itself without help and is a living hell. It is crazy to think about it but it is like a glitch in the brain, only people with a traumatic childhood or severe abuse get it.

I know this sounds complex but in the end i think it is rather simple, all is energy so it means I have some stuck energy as repressed emotions etc in my body that needs release. I'm sure an angel or any authentic healer could help but i don't know any obviously. Thanks for listening.

Well.. are you familiar with the term "archon"? If you have one stuck to you, you will know that it can be very hard to heal by yourself or even progress in life at all. They feed on negativity and vicious emotions and are intelligent but lack of anything good.

I won't say i'm sure it is an archon but it is definitely a parasitic entity that is stuck on my mental/etheric/astral body. I had odd experiences and can say with certainty after 3years of observation, this is real.

I knew what an archon was before it became so mainstream and everyone thought they were experts in the field.

Beings at that level won't be attaching to most humans. More than likely you have a chain attachment to another human soul that is draining your energy and creating a negative feedback loop that then floods your own energy with dark thoughts and feelings. Cut the cord. Cut the attachments. Create a declaration of non-consent and say it OUT LOUD as the vibrations from the words being spoken make it manifest more than just thinking it. Build up your energy/psychic shield etc etc.

One of the first things you should learn on your journey is how to take back control of your emotions. It starts with being mindful, observing your emotions and where they come from. Over time it becomes easier to let them go, or transmute them into something more favorable.

That's not to say you will never be sad or angry, sometimes for legitimate reasons, but you will always be aware of which external forces are causing it and why. It'll become much more difficult for them to push your buttons.

Words need emotions and feelings behind them, an intent. How is this supposed to work if i cant focus for shit nor feel anything? I feel empty and wake up with despair in my chest every single day. However the difficulty is in finding my emotions which i cannot even feel, it's all buried under layers. The feeling i usually get is of emptiness and despair, especially strong when i wake up, it is not a specific emotion but a whole of a lot of things.

Still they are real good suggestions and i'm trying everyday, still is very hard. I get easily lost in this maddening state of mind and can become so confused that i'm unproductive. It is like my mind is in control and my heart shut off. If that wasnt for a few psilocybe experiences, i would even know what love looks like or joy.

Both exist. It would make more sense that you're talking about one keeping things out vs in.

I can't say what will work for you specifically, but if your mind is constantly racing I would strongly suggest meditation.

You are not your thoughts, and you are not defined by your thoughts -- you are the observer of thoughts, and you decide whether to accept or reject them. In meditation, you don't even really do that -- you just watch them pop in (truly out of the ether) and let them fade away without giving them the chance to ferment.

I hope that doesn't sound patronizing... it's what I would try if I were in that situation.

Another possibility is that your spirit or soul have gone away and you're running on auto-pilot. I had that happen before until I realized WHY I was in that same state you describe.

A possibility also exists that the pollution in the environment and toxins etc are creating a hormonal imbalance. Hormones are carriers of energy. Try rebalancing the hormones by allowing the body to get rid of old and sick cells. Autophagy. I'm also slowly getting into fasting...but more so for weight loss.
