Yes, the matrix is real, but we do have the power to move beyond that and become a NEO. If you look NEO up in the dictionary, it says 'anomaly'. Lots of symbolism in that movie. It's through going within. I'm always answered in ways when I ask. Everyone has a guardian angel, believe it or not. The explanation for NEO eventually came out and he has been found to be a part of the matrix game. A false saviour as it still trapped humans within the game. There's lots of links for it on google.
