Yes, the matrix is real, but we do have the power to move beyond that and become a NEO. If you look NEO up in the dictionary, it says 'anomaly'. Lots of symbolism in that movie. It's through going within. I'm always answered in ways when I ask. Everyone has a guardian angel, believe it or not. Hello, I wanted to say something else about Neo and the matrix. Neo represents the Messianic figure in the Matrix movies, which is why we see a Jesus figure being led away from the Merovingian. I’m not sure why he was called that. I know it had something to do with the Merovingian kings. Many people think Neo died at the end and he did in a way but was reborn. Everything changed through compassion.
