No worries. I could feel someone around you. Are you a wiccan? Sometimes we do something we aren't aware of and then it creeps into our lives. My ex was wiccan and could hear beings that I couldn't. My specialty has always been a very high intuition.

But, I kinda said everything about that experience that I know. (Aside from one to two things, but they're not essential... and a bit too awkward to share. But, they don't really matter too much.)
I am going to see a psychic, I think I have mentioned this before, and ask, after giving her the details, what exactly it was.
Yes, I realize that the AC said it might have been a forced Kundalini rising, and the OP said a panic attack... So, it's not seriously "oddball" stuff, lol, which I was scared of. :-)
But, I will say this...
For a long, long time I seriously thought I was the only one who had experienced something like this.
But, truth be told, if you think about it, yeah, there are most likely others who experience, well... also horrendous stuff, perhaps similar.
And, yeah, I have to say, if there are others who experienced this, I hope it wasn't NEARLY as severe.
I don't wish it upon anyone.
It doesn't always have to be about me of course, so, yes, if there are those who experienced the same thing, with the same intensity, in all honesty, I feel so sorry for you... and others of course, who might have experienced completely different, but, "strange/(intense(?)" things.
