i use very uber occasionally. i am always kind and courteous, but have a rating of a 4.7

a few drivers have been shitty, and i still treated them kindly. but they one starred me like juanito on a thread. and uber expects us to believe they will no longer take our money? bull fucking shit. i don't believe it for a second

So far it seems Uber has stayed politically neutral with me. I've had a few drivers steer the conversation into politics and I have a 5.0 rating. Once I even had a woman driver who chatted about universal basic income. No problem. I recently chatted with an Indian guy about AI and the future of self driving cars. no problem. I'm a white dude who's views are generally well received round here and have had no problems with Uber... Just sayin.

Ever watch that Series on Netflix called “Black Mirror”? Awesome show. Think of it like the Twilight Zone with a technology twist from the not too distant future.

There’s this one episode called “Nose Dive” that is precisely like what you describe. Where everyone has social credit system points. All based on your interaction with others. If your points are too low, you can be out of a job, not be able to live where you want, not be able to fly, etc.
