I sure could use something other than my oven heating up the house too. I bake my chicken thighs and legs with skin on 400 for 40 minutes, I had no idea the air fryer can do the same thing. How many legs and thighs can you put in there? Quoting: chasity All the hormones in the chicken has made your Brest's very large. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 77106686 Netherlands 01/23/2021 05:30 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | In summary, the Air Fryer is the new "must have" status symbol of the American underclass, who think it's cooking to throw frozen industry foods into the reheat box or roll a few chicken parts in the ready-made glutamate spice mix. That the lobbyist lie that fat is unhealthy is the result of a scientific fraud designed to take sugar - the real poison - out of the line of fire, just adds insult to injury. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79653701 [link to www.breville.com (secure)] Lol we have a walk in pantry the bottom shelf consists of appliances that havent been used once or twice in their lifetime. Air Corn popper, Deluxe Mixer with all the attachments, Food processor, Food dehydrator, Pasta Maker, espresso machine. Mini steam cleaner and few other odds and ends. Many people are easily convinced to buy all that stuff because they think it will improve their quality of life. It is consumption against one's own dissatisfaction and unfulfillment. Doesn't work of course - or only very temporarily... Learning to cook properly in a classical way is a better solution. I do almost all the cooking in the house, have for over 25 years now, so most of these items were birthday or Christmas gifts. Other than a Glass Lid Stainless Steel cookware set I bought 6 years ago, this is the first small appliance I've bought myself. "Never underestimate the pain of a person. Searing is necessary for many recipes but an air frier is garbage Quoting: Anonymous Coward 11489613 Sous vide is nice and many instapots have that feature, although it's a stretch to call it the only way to cook.a reverse seared steak that is started in a low temp oven and then seared is a little tastier than a sous vide steak. A sous-vide is useless for dishes and that have a lot of sauce like orange chicken, but an electric pressure cooker is ideal for these dishes. |
