South Korean media reported on the execution in the DPRK of the special envoy to the United States

The South Korean conservative newspaper Chosun Ilbo made a statement that the DPRK was allegedly executed by the special representative of the State Council on US policy towards the United States Kim Hyuk Chol for the failure of the US-North Korean summit in Hanoi.
