Statins lower your cholesterol numbers, but studies show they don't lengthen your life compared with groups who don't use statins.

So there's no point in taking statins unless you want to pay for them and let them ruin your health in other ways.

You must not take glucosamine/condroiten if you are alergic to shellfish or if you are diabetic.

Either way, statin drugs are trash. They tried to get me to take that shit 25 years ago, and even said I would die without it.
