Is the USA being attacked with a biological weapon - Norovirus?

I got it back in October, 2018. Damn near killed me in the first 24 hours. Almost dehydrated to death while fever hit 105F with meds.

I thought I caught it at the VA hospital where I was getting physical therapy.

Do you have an idea of how an enemy may be spreading it?
