I'm glad that you have resolved your grief from your mates
suicide 3 years ago. In the big pictures, 3 years is actually
a short time to go through all the grief stages, but hey
...good job!

Won't tell you the same story as I posted n the 2016 thread
OP...I didn't even like typing a report of it and will
probably give myself nightmares--a REALLY DARK DARK PERIOD
in my earlier life with that sudden death. But...here we
are! We just do the NEXT RIGHT THING, as someone else has
suggested to you.

A great phrase that is what one of the Zen Monks was
reported to have said waiting for the return of his Guru:

"Cut wood...Carry water."

You just do the basics at first and then go from there.
(Feeling like a "miracle" should help you a great deal in
making the "next dumb thing" a POSITIVE experience.) In
