I made it a third of the way through this. I admire vegans for their beliefs, but that's where it ends. Long ago I figured out that some animals are carnivores. People are in that group.

Anyone can do a google search for "malnourished vegans". Now do another search for "muscular vegans", "vegan body builders" or simply just "healthy vegans" and see completely different results.

There are also millions of extremely unhealthy omnivores. Should I assume that all omnivores are unhealthy? NO!
