Oh dear. He has a tie-in with ebola and the recent LAX power outage - this doesn't look good.

CDC expects to be done by the 14th - which gives the appropriate time for making sure they do not have it.

One other thing. I heard there are 2 videos on Twitter where someone is drinking out of bottles from the coolers in a store. Great way to pass diseases. Makes me sick. 2 weeks ago was in Wallmeerty and a lady touched almost every green pepper on the shelf and then sniffed 2. As she left she looked at me, smiled and shrugged he. r shoulders. They at the store know about it. Sure makes one wonder what is really going on. Not safe to go in stores. Thank you Florida Maquis. I trust you

On a flight from Philadelphia to the Dominican Republic, a passenger claimed that he had been in Africa and had Ebola. Uncertain about the situation, US Airways took every possible precaution to ensure the disease was contained. It was later found out that the passenger did not have Ebola, and it was in fact a hoax.

Stupid, stupid man. Some joke or prank. I kept thinking about that baby, and if the situation had been real . . .

Every time I've traveled internationally for business or pleasure, the airlines knows where I've been and going. Some of it is due to US or other country's regulations. Airlines flying to/from West African countries should already know the nationality and destinations of their passenger manifests. That passenger should be charged with making terrorism threats. One never jokes about security (even before 9/11) in airports or aboard aircraft.

This is a true story, I had a co-worker who's first name is Jack. A younger employee upon seeing him board same flight upon recognizing him said "Hi, Jack!" without any thought. He learned never to do that again. Fortunately, the flight crew was understood the young co-worker's ignorance and everyone laughed.

Oh my! Must have embarrassed himself no end! But such a natural response!

I have no doubt the person with the "prank" about ebola received some sort of punishment. Just being led off the plane by people in hazmat suits would do it for me!

In the video mentioning LAX he says the cheap flights from Texas to Fiji all layover thru LAX. But weren't they in Australia at some point?

Also if we can rule out poison because the nurse showed symptoms then why is no one at the Sheraton reportedly also under observation?

Again they say it's viral and rule out Influenza but don't name an alternative or mention Ebola at all? The mainstream doesn't even say the E word?! Not even to also rule it out?

I don't recall if they were in Australia - thought they flew from the US.

Don't know what to say about the Sheraton unless they just didn't get close to anyone there.

Ebola is not a word press wants to mention because gubmint would frown upon it, being ever so careful not to start a panic among people.

You’re most welcome. More should be concerned considering the border issue. I’m prepping as much as I can, masks, gloves, bleach...no crowds or public restrooms. Only so much we can do but planning on hunkering down at home if news breaks of 1st confiirmed case (or something that sounds like it but they won’t say).

The population of DRC is 81 million. Approximately 2,000 ebola cases just doesn't concern me yet even though I'm monitoring the situation very closely.
