Pitch works as a hairstylist and hair colorist in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida near Orlando

When cops arrived to the scene the victim was found with his face bloodied and bruising.

The man told police that Pitchford grabbed him 'by his balls and squeezed them until they bled.'

He said that Pitchford beat him with a brush, hit him 'with her fists and scratched the left side of his face' then put her hand around his throat so hard he couldn't breathe.

He managed to wrestle her by the arms and escape to call police. It not clear what the couple were fighting over.
