That word rolled off her tongue so effortlessly, I find it very hard to believe she's never said it before....   Exactly! She may never have said it before on air but it is my personal experience that women do like to use this term for their worst enemies etc.... I have witnessed so many times this used by ladies that would never use it lol. As and when it fits girls  Fwiw - She wasn't wrong, he is a cunt!
