the great lakes are extra high. almost like there are clouds being seeded to create more rain(rolls eyes). its called a flood plain. sucks if your in one. but there is always high ground. im in area you dig 4ft and hit water. only dipshits let their houses rot after a flood. get the wet out and your problem is fixed. might have to do some drywall. might have to use some bleach.
