Yep. No way is he and the people around him such Oscar-winning actors that he could pull off a head fake that indicates he and raunchy leftwingers are actually bedfellows.

However, he and his inner circle may have not fully realized just how dirty the left is. That's likelier too because people like his daughter Ivanka and son-in-law are of the left. So Trump on occasion must have thought, "my dear, beautiful daughter is a progressive. I've been around them all my life in New York City. How bad can they be?"
