The crime party you refer to is the whole shadow government that controls the politicians of both parties.

But if most American cities and far more states and parts of the federal government were managed by conservatives - and there weren't so many Paul-Ryan, John-McCain-type Republicans out there - and the media and culture were of the right too - and the level of mendacity and lack of ethics were still high, then I'd go with more of the "both parties" argument. .
