Ditch cable and get an antenna. There's a network called Antenna TV which shows retro programming like Coach, Becker, Welcome Back Kotter and Father Knows Best. Don't see movies in the theater. Don't fund Hollyweird. Try DVDs of old movies and tv shows. Was a big comic book guy,but as I got older lost interest in went back to watching sports. I love seeing men compete against each other like NFL,NBA,NHL,MLB,NASCAR,GOLF, BOXING and MMA. All real and we don't know the ending. Comic books are scripted.
