Governor "Wheels" sure does have some screwy priorities. He fast-tracked a bill legalizing kitty-cat keychains and clubs, banned red light cameras, yet still has yet to sign a bill that would get him out of the hot seat in a federal lawsuit regarding the Driver Responsibility Program in Texas. Next thing you know, he'll be nominating a "Whataburger Day"....
