I can remember reading not long ago that some resorts were adding small amounts of fentanyl to get people drunk faster and save money on liquor. Probably what happened.
Quoting: Storm that wouldn't make sense.. it's in the best interest of the bar to keep people buying drinks... Not if they are one of those places that include open bar as part of the package
