When you get a septic tank, it gets something called a pump hole neck attached to it for when you need to have it pumped empty every couple years.

My plumber pinched the neck with the backhoe when he covered it with dirt so the neck was crimped and the tank just spewed vapor everytime someone ran the water.

I had to dig the neck up, by hand, reset it and rebury it, after I gave my prick plumber 50 crisp $100 bills to do the job right.
