VERY Interesting that you mention a man in the wheel chair!
A few years ago, I got into this old 2005 ps2 game called "Killer 7". Basically you play as 7 fragmented personalities of one being which turns out to be......A MAN IN A WHEEL CHAIR!
Notice the Chinese billboards? If you research the games storyline, China rules the world in the future!
Bro, you gotta research this game, it's so deep. Theres much in it that you've discussed in your thread Also, during the game sometimes you'll get a loading screen which literally just consist of the moon that seems to glitch.
