There are two choices:
1) Use alternative energy ("Nikola Tesla Technology" already known by the elites) but let the oil companies control it, so they don't lose money or power.
2) Create a world government which will manage this new technology.

The plan is to drag the USA down to the level of third world nations (for example, by moving all the manufacturing overseas, bringing in "refugees", etc) at which point the USA will have no choice. It makes sense that the New World Order would have to tear down 1st world countries and build up 3rd world countries to implement their plans for conformity, standardization and control. Through this strategic tearing down and building up countries, all countries and nations will become 2nd world countries and nations. .
