I can speak only for myself as an American
I was constantly brainwashed while in school that Russia and Russians were bad, the enemy
now as an adult, the media and most politicians are telling me that Russia is evil
I know that you Russians have much in common with ordinary Americans
I do not understand the lifelong push for me to hate Russia and Russians
would be nice if we could be friends

Everyone of those who I met were v/cool people. Fuck the MSM propaganda on both sides, I stopped watcing Russian state-owned TV long ago, and do not watch CNN.
