Anybody know if a solar storm is going on ? I had a power line arcing and burning up behind my house yesterday , something I've never seen happen before , now I'm reading about this (in Texas)

It has to be a test for the real thing against a bigger country from someone (e.g., China, Russia, Iran, North Korea) because there is nothing to gain by doing it to these countries
