All they eat is meat. In the 1920s, the explorer Vilhjalmur Stefansson threw a wrench in “fresh fruits and vegetables” theory when he reported that the Inuit, who rarely ate plant foods, also did not suffer from scurvy. As it turns out, their Vitamin C came from animal organs: liver, adrenal glands, roe, and tongue, to name a few. [link to paleoleap.com (secure)] Not everyone is the same. All humans are the same in that we can't synthesize vitamin C internally. It has to come from the diet or vitamin supplement. Cats, dogs and other carnivores can live on just meat because they produce vitamin C in their livers. It's theorized that humans once had that ability but lost it due to a genetic mutation. Anonymous Coward User ID: 77734101 United States 06/16/2019 07:12 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | NutraSweet and sucralose are radically different chemically. NutraSweet/Aspartame is a combination of phenylalanine and other crap. Sucralose is modified sugar(sucrose). While sucralose has it's side effect, it's doesn't have the serious one's Aspartame does. [link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)] [link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)] If you're a diabetic and have to use artificial sweetener, sucralose is the best of the bunch. Sucralose is nowhere near the best of the bunch. I normally use organic stevia, and occasionally a little pure honey or maple syrup. However, if none of those are available, I'd go with xylitol or erythritol before Sucralose. |

My health food store carries it. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75350810 Yes, we take that and blends of Swerve and Xylitol from Birch Trees, and Bocha Sweet another plant. Just read labels. For ex. Raw Stevia brand, lots of diabetics use it. It contains large quantities of Dextrose as the filler, something that spikes insulin higher than sugar does. Corn product, probably gmo! Alot of health food products are not good either, they're just raking in the cash and laughing. The 3 worst ingredients often in so called health foods are: Maltodextrin GMO, glycemic index 110, Dextrose and Maltitol. The Devil tries to convince everyone he doesn't exist. It's the aspartame they keep going back to. A lot of the addicts think it's the caffeine, but wonder why they have to keep popping Advil for the chronic headaches, when caffeine actually prevents headaches.
