This is violation of the constitution. It cannot be appealed to the Supreme Court, until someone is "harmed" by the law, and he has "standing". This will not happen until after the electoral collage votes are counted after the election. So, if Trump loses in 2020 because of those unconstitutional changes in state law, The Supreme Court will have to rule on the constitutionality, and who will actually be President. |
