I don't see a date, there is a "claim" that it's from 2011 but that's all.

Very suspect, looks like a sci-fi writer having a go at it, and their grammar is crap at that.

The paragraph structure is entertainment based, not I formation based. The writer is trying to get emotion out of you.

Man this is a large subject the cybernetics are used in creating, music, human using human beings. It also brought us Hitler and eugenics, which was the first thing this type of thinking brought. All had to do with control. Unthinking to rational no creativity that missing is the creative touch which comes from just normal mankind along. These are damaged people, they are actually damaged in live, the only type of people who want to control every part of their world are damaged. Because they were this way, they have caused a lot of others to be damaged as well, way longer than they lived.

All the patterns of their ideas and years they used and still are using it, in a lot of places, Social Democrats are communist and communist is total control of lives and property. They take control and that mean everyone follows or dies, that is the way communism works.

The people who did this, worked in the creation of computing and AIs. Communication, everything you can imagine, they were already working on it.
