Child Abuse in Tampa Fl area

If anyone saw an incident of child abuse from June 10th through June 13th please send any photos to Texarkana Tx. Or Ark. police dept.....do not send to CPS as they disregard all info....to lazy to investigate... you can Private Message me with any info you have.... my granddaughter was in the area and has told of being pushed head first into the cement... she also told of many witnesses that did nothing......This is a atheist pastor of a small church in east Texas .....that did this to his own daughter... please help
this child may not survive the next assault.
