Yep. We had a pre-9/11 EOD for psych eval open up on state troopers, SO, fire, and EMS. He kept us pinned down all day and heard everything we were saying to each other over the scanners.

Long day, but we got him out without killing him. Then I got to babysit him on a long ass ride to VA psych. Interesting time. He was very nice to me, but remind me he could have killed me because my partner drove the damn squad truck right up the center lane made by the patrol vehicles flanking his drive.
