Guessing 229 is the address. The 1-2 is the grid. They're trying to evac two elderly.

Hope the officers and civilians are safe, fuck the shooter. I’m always surprised in this day and age,when Tactical units broadcast clearly over open channels. Post 9-11, the SRT I was on, was able to purchase encrypted radios in a trunked system. Folks would have only heard digital noise if they were ever able to pick the signal up. Even regular patrol guys weren’t t able to listen in. Yep. We had a pre-9/11 EOD for psych eval open up on state troopers, SO, fire, and EMS. He kept us pinned down all day and heard everything we were saying to each other over the scanners. Long day, but we got him out without killing him. Then I got to babysit him on a long ass ride to VA psych. Interesting time. He was very nice to me, but remind me he could have killed me because my partner drove the damn squad truck right up the center lane made by the patrol vehicles flanking his drive. Good times.
