More likely a film camera and had the pictures made to a cd when he had them processed? I remember doing that at that time, even from disposable film camera.

Large beam on the right, very clean square/level/flat cut at the bottom. Now look at the right side of the beam ... Zoom in .. See those balls of stuff? They left tracks on the beam.

Slag on the beam above the clean cut, maybe suggests molten slag from above?

See the rods on the floor? Those are cutting rods that you use on an AC welder. Thats where the perfect cuts on that beam are from.

Nobody in demo and cleanup takes the time and effort to make a cut like that! Good way to get laid off.

It would cause panic if all the workers were wearing Tyvek suits and full face respirators like they should have been. This was an environmental disaster and technically speaking, the entire area should have been contained and the EPA knows it. However, it would be next to impossible to decontaminate every piece of equipment leaving the site. The cost would have been horrendous to clean Ground Zero up properly. The people working on this site knew it would be a suicide mission. That's what we do when necessary.

If that cut was from a thermite shaped charge it would be a 45 degree angle, not a straight cut.

"The military's money managers last year made almost $7 trillion in adjustments to their financial ledgers in an attempt to make them add up, the Pentagon's inspector general said in a report released Friday.

The Pentagon could not show receipts for $2.3 trillion of those changes, and half a trillion dollars of it was just corrections of mistakes made in earlier adjustments.

Each adjustment represents a Defense Department accountant's attempt to correct a discrepancy. The military has hundreds of computer systems to run accounts as diverse as health care, payroll and inventory. But they are not integrated, don't produce numbers up to accounting standards and fail to keep running totals of what's coming in and what's going out, Pentagon and congressional officials said.

"These ($6.9 trillion in) entries were processed to force financial data to agree with various data sources, to correct errors and to add new data," the inspector general said. "The magnitude of accounting entries required to compile the DoD financial statements highlights the significant problems DoD has producing accurate and reliable financial statements with existing systems and processes."

I lived in Manhattan and was there on 9 11. That's about the fourth day after. I was down there and looked around. I ate food in a diner directly across the site.

Crap had been raining down on the entire New York City AREA not just the immediate area around the site, and continued to rain down for 2 weeks. Millions of people were exposed to asbestos and all sorts of crap. They told people not to worry so those that could have just left NYC could have but didn't. It was handled in a very lack way as if it was just another building collapse.

It took me two weeks to get out of the city, even though I could have left the next day. The day of, we were trapped. They didn't let us out of Manhattan. So we thought that was it, we are going to die. Talk about triggering. Very upsetting to recall.
