The "Fed" maintained the lowest rates ever during the Obama administration to prop up the economy, and artificially inflate the numbers.

As soon as Trump was elected, they raised the rates to try to trash the market/economy and blame Trump, but that has failed.

Keeping the rates artificially low, however, is not a good thing.

What should happen is that the Federal Reserve should be dissolved, and the responsibility put back in the hands of Congress, where it **LEGALLY** belongs.
