And IF the market and economy was so great then the majority of the people would have more than 5-15% to put down for down payment on house AND consumer credit card debt would NOT be at an all time high.

I have no debt, both homes were paid off in ten years. Both cars paid. I pay cash for just about everything, if I don't have enough cash, I save until I do....or I realize I don't really need whatever it is.

I don't know anyone else who lives like me. I see people borrowing from one credit line to pay another and they think that's totally fine and normal.

All my friends kids who graduated from college in last few years are in huge debt with low paying jobs living at parents house because they can't afford their own place.

You have to be a special kind of stupid to not see what's going on.
