Well, for one, we aren't Britain. They've had continuing problems with Irish freedom fighters, in N Ireland.
No one has come forward to take any credit. The last attack they had was done supposedly by a Brazilian guy.
Not all terrorists are Islamic. You'd be shooting yourself in the foot to believe that. All the other terrorist groups didn't suddenly say "Hey, now that 9-11's happened, let us RETIRE! Woot!"
Nope.
