I do eat breads but I make my own from whole wheat organic flour. Other than that I also eat rice and what not (not paleo right?). I generally try to eat as many servings of fruits/vegetables a day. I also try to eat at least 2 servings of nuts. But I cheat a good bit when work food is brought in or when I go out but, if I buy my own food I am pretty strict about things. I do not particularly like to eat much meat TBH. I love animals But I am not super strict on that either as I just ate chicken wings out of my air fryer. |

I was dangerously flirting with gestational diabetes when I was pregnant years ago, somehow managed to avoid, but I've always taken that seriously..and tried to eat healthy. Although I am not a strict follower. I eat bread, rice and chocs a few days a week, so whats that tell ya? Lol. Im 50/50! Well seems like youre eating pretty well. What is current BMI? Do you know?
