"If you don't like abortions, then just don't have one" is like saying "If you don't like murder, then just don't murder people".

That's obviously not good enough. When other people commit murder, we go after those people and we bring them to justice. The same should be true of those who kill unborn babies for frivolous reasons - especially if brain development has taken place.
