Here we have the war Alarms to wake people but it has been weirdly silent. Too...silent.

I recently took the dog to the park for a walk on a Sat. normally I take him during the week because the park is so crowded on the weekends.

but due to weather we hadn't been in several days, so we went on a Sat. I noticed right off the bat that everyone else was fixated on their phones.

Everyone was staring at their phones except for me and a couple of other older people. Even the ones walking dogs were in that "trance" state with their phones, the dogs were actually walking them!

it was very creepy.

Phone calls can be a way of dominating others or making them jump when you want.

I find them particularly annoying. Send a text is correct. Now if you wanted to just talk as in sharing time together...just text that and get called back.

Why should someone answer a call? Its nice that we have this tech, but people cant let go of bad habits. This is a great example.

Started taking champix to quit smoking but it seems that was a bad decision because of suicide risk.
Stopping immediately after 2 weeks on it.
Depression seems to be weighting me down so badly.
