Which state should I get a drivers license and have a legal residence? I like to only stay in each state for about a month.

The DMV in all of these states say I need proof of residence and mail address to me. I have no mailing address just my van.

I'm a traveling man and want to reside in at least 12 states for the rest of my life.

Any suggestions without breaking the law?

NH does not require you to have insurance
NY will go so far as to charge you for each day you don't have it and if you don't back pay it will suspend your license
