My neighbor came round a cople of minutes ago, to ask me if I had any luck making a phonecall. So I tried, but no matter what number I try to call, it says it is “phone isn’t answered, try again later”. It seems it concerns the whole nation wide network.
My question is; 1 any dutch glp’ers who know more? 2 is it just the netherlands, or are more counties affected?
UPDATE: It was confirmed by news, the company who owns the mobile network “KPN” seems to be the problem. Don’t know what the exact cause is, but it strikes me as very odd. I can’t remember ever having a nation wide, all providers outage. Imagine the chaos. It’s one of the hottest days since decennia, bringing all sorts of extra problems for emt’s fire dept. and police for starters. Many older people are having problems with the high tempratures reaching 35° celcius (+/- 90° f).
