...
Carbs do. Fat is healthy.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76939252 Fat makes you fat.
The only reason why eating a diet of carbs would make you fat is because you're also eating FAT.
Carbs do not make you fat.
What happens is.... if you eat fat and carbs together, your body only takes the carbs, because carbs is it's preferred energy source.
... And then it stores the fat.... as fat.
Fat is back up energy.
That is what it literally is. It is BACK UP ENERGY.
So if you eat fat on a carbohydrate diet, the fat you eat will be stored as FAT, and not used.
Only the carbs will be used.
In actuality it is extremely difficult to get fat on a *healthy* carb-only diet.
Extremely difficult.
It's only when you include FAT in that diet, do you become fat.
I HATE the keto diet.
It is a STUPID WEIGHT-LOSS HACK.
It literally puts your body into STARVATION MODE.
Because you ARE STARVING YOURSELF.
FORCING YOUR BODY TO RUN ON FUMES.
FUMES.... being the BACK UP energy that is FAT.
You won't have any energy.
EVERYONNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Eventually QUITS the keto diet because they have no energy.
I'm telling you.
Eliminate FAT from your diet.... ALL FAT.... and you WON'T GET FAT.
NO MEAT
NO FAT.
NO SHIT FATTY FOODS.
NO FAT PERIOD.
Here is the fomer GLP champion of the keto diet :P
Thread: keto was messing with my blood sugar too ^ Going off the keto diet because she had no energy.
It was obvious she had no energy because her brain seemed to run at like 5%.
So
:P
As long as you don't consume fat... you will not get fat.
And no, your body doesn't need to consume fat (i.e. *back-up energy*) to function.
Like your brain.
Your body will convert carbs into fat when it needs to.
