Dumb and dumber. Here genius, read this:
The Cholesterol Myths by Uffe Ravnskov, MD
Life Without Bread by Wolfgang Lutz, MD
Then read: The NOONOO-Cycle as the Central Cause of Heart Failure by Martin Pall
These are three good primers to start with. You do read, right? After you read these, get back to me.
Idiots that don't understand basic science and how their bodies work.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76939252 I'm not going to read two 300 page books, which you didn't even post the full titles to. You post two 300 page books and tell me to read them.... and then mock me about if I read or not. NO. I will not read those things. People have saved their lives going off fatty diets. Bill Clinton swears by the vegan diet that it keeps him alive an not dead from heart disease. Eat by your morals. <3 Do not kill. <3 Quoting: 28 yo virgin 76766237 Full titles son. You have just proven my point. Any adult could knock those books out on a weekend. But not you obviously. I enjoyed your response: NO.
I will not read those things.
What, will you melt if you touch a book? Afraid you might learn something or is it that you might be proven wrong with science? Go back to your women's magazines. I'm sure they have plenty more articles about Bill Clinton. See folks, this is the problem with young ones, all mouth and no wisdom. They even balk at the prospect of reading anything that isn't delivered to them pre-packaged on their precious smart devices. For those following, another fine book to read: Explaining “Unexplained Illnesses” Martin L. Pall, PhD Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76939252 This goof is a perfect illustration of what many (not all) younger people have been raised to believe:
1. If I think it? It's true.
2. If I say it, and say it loudly? It becomes truth.
3. If I write it, particularly in all capital letters? It becomes fact. And you'll note the duration of the "conviction", was it one day or two? Next we'll be on to "All I shall eat are oats!" as the next in a seemingly endless list of attention whoring proclamations. Quoting: Larry D. Croc What really gets me, is no one is willing to read books! Books = Power! Education and knowledge are wonderful things, yet they fear them. Why? Also read: Mega-Nutrition by Richard Kunin, MD These books are gems and written by doctors. Dr. Pall is not, but he's worth reading. These are also great papers by Dr. Pall: Wi-Fi is an important threat to human health.
