Meaning of Scooter Libby Pardon...Attack Imminent

The fact that Bush did not wait until the end of his term to pardon Scooter Libby tells me that Bush feels like consequences to his presidency are meaningless.

To me it suggests that a terrorist attack in the US is imminent and Bush will exercise his recently claimed dictatorial powers.

It is very likely that there will not be an election in '08.
