I'm sure their list has changed over the years, because of changing leaders. It would be interesting to see what regulations the Trump administration has eliminated, especially with cancer becoming epidemic. I know they've greatly advanced fracking, poisoning all the ground water in the U.S. All the gate keepers are still in place, and I laugh when I see Karl Rove on television.
