They all give you a splint, recommend an Orthopedist, and send you home. A 65 year old needs the use of her arm but she can take care of herself with one broken arm. Now if an Orthopedist would not set it ASAP (within the week ) then there is a problem. |

She turned up at a drop in clinic, a minor injuries department where the most they will do is bandage you up and other trivial clinical procedures. They cannot set a double fracture, you need an accident and emergency department whether you're, 6 or 65 or in-between. The paramedics took her to the wrong place, probably even made the suggestion it was about age. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 29121024 Exactly ! People need to read the whole article, it was a misunderstanding, she was turned away because her injury was too complicated for them to treat. This newspaper is just trying to cause trouble. |

Happens all the time here in the USA and at VA hospitals, it's happened to me many times, denied care for my service connected issues. The USA is a prison. |

If your in pain its difficult to get out of bed or chair and exercise so you die quick, which is what the globalist want and now we have this?! It seems the controlling elite are not even being subtle about their desire to kill the elderly off anymore. Of course, they have their own private doctors for when they get old... All billionaires, banksters, and people in high-ranking positions of power (both public and private) who have not openly and strongly come out against woke ideology and globalism are our enemies - as are their minions. They are the NWO. |

What next, compulsory euthanasia for over 65s? 1970 treatment ended in cure. Since ~1990 treatment changed. Today treatment always ends in $$$. Its about the bucks today, not the cure. |

I broke my arm last year in a fall and got next day surgery, nothing was set. I had titanium screws and plats embedded, then six months later the metal was removed. As badly as my arm was broken in three bones and shattered and splintered, can't imagine going without an operation. . INFJ; We are the protectors. |
