I mowed my lawn today so my lawn is perfect and my neighbor never mows hers and it is a jungle

Probably far more bunnies than snakes. Whats crazy about it? It's an old lady. Why not either not bother her or pay someone to mow her grass (one time?)

She is like 35 and she is very unfriendly. The few times I tried to be nice and saw hello or wave she ignores me like I am a freak so I don’t want to disturb her property. She only speaks Spanish I think but I am not sure, at least that is how she speaks to her children.
