how can kushner promise 50 billion dollars of our money to anyone?

Try to keep up i didn't ask where it was going dipshit, i asked what gives him he authority to spend it on anything. I didn't tell you where it was going dipshit, I pointed out that Kushner isnt promising 50 billion of US money. That 50 billion is split up among many countries. Again, try to keep up.
